Tuolumne Narcotics Team agents arrested a Tahoe City man Wednesday in connection with a Groveland-area marijuana growing operation.
Kevin P. Herbert, 46, of San Francisco, was arrested in Groveland on narcotics charges after being stopped in his motor home for driving into the opposing lane of traffic.
