Open Meetings Commission reprimands regents

“It is the view of the Commission that general discussions of contractual matters must be discussed in open meetings”

A Groton woman, Betty Breck, filed a complaint in February 2006 alleging the education panel violated open meetings laws as it developed expansion plans for University Center in Sioux Falls. via The Black Hills Pioneer
