Lawsuit Challenges Learning Community Tax Collection

A lawsuit challenges the way 11 metro-area school districts are being funded. The claim says property tax levies within the new Douglas-Sarpy Learning Community are unconstitutional, and asks the Nebraska Supreme Court to keep millions of dollars from being collected and distributed.
