Bankruptcy-court hearing held on new Landmark loan

A U.S. Bankruptcy Court hearing was held Monday in the high-profile Landmark condo project's Chapter 11 bankruptcy to consider whether the owner will get a new, $30 million loan from the project's construction lender to finance continuing operations.
