Yes, trick or treat has always been on the Thursday night before Halloween. Its been a tradition in this town for as long as I can remember. But a few people have to change traditions. In my family we believe in keeping traditions alive and well. So our development will
be trick or treating on Thursday night. Traditions
are what keep families alive and well.

ummm why would you have trick or treat on a thursday if halloween is on a saturday? what's so great about thursday? And what would you do on Saturday halloween night? Makes no sence to me!

ALot of people go to the Mummers Parade in Hagerstown on Saturday night.
