Finance director mum on revenue forecast Story date: Oct. 18, 2009 By Rob Moritz Arkansas News Bureau LITTLE ROCK - The state finance director told legislators Friday he was close to deciding on a recommendation to the governor on whether to revise the state revenue forecast for the rest of the year.
