Grass Valley Senior Civil Engineer Trisha Tillotson says the 20-million dollar project is moving into its final stage Tillotson says the traffic lights still need to be hooked up, and one way that you know the project is almost finished, is when the freeway signs go up They are getting close to setting a completion date and a date for the Grand Opening ceremony.
