It's time hector colon gets charged he is always starting something or harrasing some female or a neighbor and turning the story around to benefit him. The police finaly got his number LOL his dog did not save him this time!! no police backup for him anymore!!LOL

well if middletown cops would not sit on there fat ass and do something they might have figured it out but no they rather harass people and make people wait to get the satisfaction that the cops want but reality is that they are not verry good cops at all and i can prove that
