Child abuse is running amuck these days and the perpetrators should get a lot more time than they do.

I believe that children need to disciplined when required and I don't know the whole circumstances of this incident, but what the grandfather did was barbaric. Maybe someone needed to kick his family jewels up about his ears so that he could share in the pain. I hope the courts never allow this POS to see his grandchild again.
