Miller is the victim of a p*ssd off city official that he tried to vote against, nothing more. His wife's paper is the only adjudicated paper in the city -- the city legally had no choice but to publish in its only adjudicated paper. Would be great if some people got their facts straight, namely some reporters that are completely sidestepping the real story.
