Hospitals require employees to wash their hands after using the bathroom, too. Are these nuts going to use the weak religious excuse to try to get out of that, too?
There is nothing to be afraid of with these flu shots. They are necessary for those workers to keep them from infecting others. If someone doesn't want to take the shot then they don't belong working in a hospital.
It makes about as much sense as a fireman refusing to go into a burning building for religious reasons.
