Former mayor of Grand Island, Neb., wants job back

Jay Vavricek wants to be mayor of Grand Island again. Vavricek announced Tuesday that he's running and says he believes in "smaller government, fewer taxes and more value for each tax dollar spent." Current Mayor Margaret Hornady says she hasn't decided yet whether to seek another term in next year's elections.
