County still has highest special ed rates in Vermont
“The Department of Ed. has to be fair and reasonable. It's not like there is a magic wand we can wave to take care of all of this. It is a long process.”
Windham County schools continue to have the highest special education rates in the state, according to a report released by the Vermont Department of Education this week. via The Brattleboro Reformer
