The Armstrong-Ringsted school district doesn't plan to rest on its laurels after receiving a $1 million federal interest-free loan that will pay for renovations.

Just as the bottom fell out of the economy last year, the Armstrong-Ringsted school district applied for what turned out to be a $1 million bond.
