State police charged Zachary R. Dale, 21, of 32 Howard St., Gouverneur, with petit larceny after he allegedly took multiple items from the Walmart Supercenter, Route 3. Police said Mr. Dale took assorted merchandise on April 18 and June 2, with a total value of $341.58.
