Robbers Wanted For Holding Up Hotels, Stores
Two serial robbers have hit at least 17 businesses in the metro area since the start of April, hitting mostly hotels, police said Wednesday.
There have been connections to nine robberies in Aurora, seven in Denver and one in Glendale. The pair may also be responsible for a robbery Wednesday night at a clothing store at Iliff and Chambers in Aurora.
Investigators said one of the suspects holds a gun in the victim's face and demands cash. The other stays in the getaway car.
The man with the gun wears red gloves and a hoodie style sweater to try and conceal his identity. Police did release a sketch of one of the suspects wearing a hoodie. He is believed to be in his early 20s. Read more
