1 The only retarded person in this situation is Ricky Wells. He should have not killed my cousin. She was a really good person she did not diserve this at all. All I can say is that wells will definately pay when he is sitting in jail for the rest of his life. And when his life is over he'll have to answer to God for what he has done. i knew lucy when i was growing up, we lived in the same area. she was a sweet lady,she never bothered anyone and was always ready to help you. i feel deeply for her grandchildren it hasnt been a year since they lost their father. god bless you all. as for the stepson may the courts and god punish you for what you have done,she did not deserve to die at your hand.

How can I find out when the edmonson county grand jury meets? What happens next if they do hand down an indictment? Is this when the trial date will be set? We have never had any dealings with the court system. Thanks in advance.

Check with the county attorney or circuit court clerk, I am sure they will meet within the next few days.

Well,we watched the news last night the sorry dog plead not guilty! But God has the final judgement. I pray that the court will prove him guilty due to all the sufficient evidence that proves he did it.He knows he did it and he will pay!
