'Cease and desist' order served to marijuana dispensary; city legal worries ensue

Two local news crews stake out Your Health and Wellness Center, a medical marijuana dispensary that opened Monday on First Street, as they wait for the cease and desist order to be delivered Wednesday afternoon.
