Concerns about pedestrian safety helped convince members of Madison's Public Safety Review Board to vote unanimously to recommend making part of Gilman Street near State Street a two-way road temporarily.

Jankee, both of Clark County; married April 18, 1989, in Wisconsin; joint custody of one minor child awarded. * Edwin H. Marzinske and Pamela K. Marzinske, both of Clark County; married Aug. 17, 1996, in Wisconsin; custody of one minor child awarded to the mother. * Brian C. Reise and Mary A. Reise, both of Clark County; married Dec. 11, 1997, in Wisconsin. * Kenneth J. Lawson, 19, of 2121 W. Veterans Parkway, No. 241, Marshfield; not guilty plea; three counts of felony bail jumping.
