East Valley Man Arrested and Charged with Robbing Two Banks with Hoax Bombs in Gilbert

Donald Ray Ludington, 48, of Gilbert, Ariz., was arrested without incident today by the FBI and the Gilbert Police Department, and was charged with two counts of Armed Bank Robbery.
