The Faulk County state's attorney says he's waiting for a state Division of Criminal Investigation report and then will decide whether any charges will be filed in the death of a Gettysburg teenager.

KSFY has learned that South Dakota's Division of Criminal Investigation is looking into the death of a 14-year old boy from Gettysburg.
