What a joke! Yes, most of the mobile homes up here are older, and the ones that have recently arrived are not the best looking but they are homes. Most of us who live up here live in mobile homes that are older than 10 years, and I know for a fact that many of the people that have pushed for these new rules live in older mobile homes themselves. If people do not like living in a community in which the homes are older, they should move to newer housing developments. Ponderosa Sky Ranch is a place where people can afford to have their own homes. I do not feel that it is right for people to tell us what kind of homes can be put here and what can not.
