If Harrell Whitener is voted into office of any kind. The county will be a mess. He is a crook. He is on welfare. He stills power from the power company. He steals from Home Depot. If anyone has any sense at all stay away from that man. I would not trust to be around him alone. He claimed to be in the mafia years ago. WARNING>>>STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
