Autopsy shows man shot by Gastonia detective had been stabbed in fight

Once and for all, it looks like this young man was seeking medical attention when this killer cop grasped his chance to kill. Lets all see if Locke Bell was truely the man for the job. If he files charges then we will know that Locke Bell has the honor to continue as D.A. We need people to look into dishonest law enforcement. Let a jury decide. Charge him with murder 1, hold with no bond. the same as everyone else.

A knife wound to the neck and another in the side, followed by a bullet to the back of the head. This guy was in no condition to be a threat or to resist. Clear case of wrongful death.

Adam Boone was not seeking medical attention. No one called for an ambulance. One of the men that Adam stabbed drove to the hospital and required stitches. Adam was intoxicated, raging mad and he asked others to help him fight. They all declined but an intoxicated person who has been fighting all evening is hard to calm down.

IMO There are those that want to railroad Officer Barnes because someone they love is dead. According to the officers superiors the officer was legally just to shoot any armed criminal who refuses to put his weapon down.

As long as people think as you do, police will continue to murder and get away with it. You have said that you are not one of the murdering cops but you seem too well informed to be anything else. I can assure you that I am in no way connected to this murdered kids family, I do not even know them. and as far as someone being railroaded, this child was railroaded to his death by a murdering cop.

If someone breaks into your home and you call the police then pick up whatever you use in your home for protection. a gun, a knife, a ball bat whatever. when the police get there and see you with whatever in hand and shoot you then that cop can say whatever he wishes to protect himself and carve another notch in his gun. they all seek every chance that they get to kill. it's time that all people quit hideing behind the false security of police and fear for your life.Ignorance where the police are concerned will only get you killed.

This is not a statement about the boone boy,but to show you how the law works,i will tell you a true story this man told me about someone who broke into his home and caught the guy in his bedroom going through his chest of drwers.Now the home owner had a unworking real pistol in the drawer.The intruder had taken it out and laid it on top of the chest.When the home owner caught the man inside his house ,the burgular grabbed the unworking gun and was trying to fire it at the home owner.The police said thet could not charge the burgular with attempted murder,because the pistol was not in working order.what kinda damn logic is that.You pull a unworking gun on a cop,you are shot dead on the spot.If the cops had caught the burgular they would have shot the man deader than a doornail.You would not heard about the gun being not in working order at all.Thats story i think every home owner should hear.Or renters.

Its not like the good old days,when a cop got into trouble with a unarmed susoect,hell they called thier buddies,and they took the suspect down,with out killing him,and hauled his butt off to jail.Now days,they will tase you until you die.If you dont belive me watch the damn news.

Some people might not know what happened,but it is something to think about,how can a person running toward you,but is shot in the back of the head.Look like that person was running from somebody or shot standing in a different direction.

How do you know that he refused to put his weapon down?It was said when police got there this man did not even have a weapon then at that time.He had went into his girlfriends house and was talking to her and he tried to leave back out but with no weapons trying to use them on somebody.

What we have is a common event in law enforcement. when we hear of a killing by police 90% of the time it's what normal people call murder. the police put said officer on leave until the heat dies down then bring that officer back. most instances at a later time announce that this same officer has made a major drug bust or solved some major crime and award him a medal. It's all a part of the coverup. they try and offset the murder by police, by a news breaking police event. we all know that barnes murdered this kid. but unless a number of people stand together and demand that he be prosicuted. He will walk to kill again another day. the next time, it may be my son or daughter and maybe even yours.

Adam Boone was not looking for assistance. He or his family did not call 911. That's on record, for sure. He was stabbing people that refused to go with him and find the men in the car that he stabbed. It was that man that caused the superficial wound on Adams neck. That man was defending himself.Adam wanted to get those men, bad.

Adam went to his neighbors house and sliced all 4 tires on his car. He was drunk, had a vendetta and hated everyone that was not going to help him fight.

Adam got that superficial neck wound, when he started stabbing an unarmed man. That man required medical attention at the hospital.

According to the news and police. Detective Scott Barnes arrived at the scene. He only knew that someone had stabbed 4 people, counting the unarmed man in the car. He was the unfortunate cop to see the suspect first. The suspect ran. The officer got in his van "alone" and began driving around Wingate Circle, looking for Adam.

That is when the officer saw Adam Boone on top of another man stabbing that man. Adam saw the cop and ignored the commands to drop his weapons. This cop did not know who was stabbing whom, until he saw Adam stabbing that man.

Apparently the cop, for some reason did not shoot Adam at this point. It was my understanding that Adam ran and the cop ran after him. Adam refused to drop his weapon. This leads one to believe that Adam was still mad and he was planning on using that knife again.

"H" no,,police officers DO NOT have to risk their own lives by tackling a man, armed with a "big" butcher knife. That officer had the legal right to stoot Adam in the back. I believe that since the bullet hit Adam "behind the ear" that Adam did in fact stop running, turned around, took a step towards that officer and that officer fired his gun at the same time that Adam turned back around to run. This explains why the bullet hit Adam behind the ear. Any objective, sensible person should know this by the entrance of the wound.

Yell and scream until the cows come home but that officer cannot be legally charged for anything and rightly so. I see real cops shooting criminals in the back, after they hit and officer with their car, try to take an officers gun, or they have a weapon in their hand.
