Union County Freeholder Chairman Linda Carter joined Freeholders Bette Jane Kowalski and Bruce Bergen in congratulating the 8th grade winners of the 2013 Union County Arbor Day Poetry Contest.

Cranford student Bobby Morris and two other Union County students were selected to participate in the Annual New Jersey High All State Honor Choir Concert on May 4. This was Morris' first honor choir experience, according to Garwood music teacher Tom Pedas.
