For the GUI400LIC issue, we had same issue, had to get new version from vendor, libraries SEADAS and SEALMS, upgrade from V4.32 to V4.35 Same for DBU and many other products.

Yes, It will expire the tape and all the files on it. Otherwise the tape would not work for native commands outside of BRMS.
