Spate of weather-related accidents keep police busy

Dee aka Derrick Whitehead...funny how he likes going to all the local bars picking fights with individuals and still managed to be walking the streets even with his long police record. Everyone knows this wasnt his only incidence with a knife, he had a previous case that he got away with because of no findings. This individual has clearly some psych issues but he can easily disguise it. How has he managed to work with children and disabled?.. I personally dont think he should be helping our community, when he is a dangerous criminal.
