What character this little boy has to come forward and admit his mistakes!

Now about his original actions...

I thought that the punishment that the 16 year old American boy got a few years ago in another nation for vandelism where he was beaten with bamboo while tied naked to a pole was very memorable.

Maybe this kid needs the same treatment until he learns respect for other peoples property. Hmmmm!

Little boy does not have any character. He was caught with the help of a tipster.

Hopefully his punishment will include cleaning up graffiti within the city after school and every weekend. If the courts don't impose it, his parents should.

He's not a little boy ... and he deserves no praise. He's simply an idiot that got caught -- and will no doubt change his story when he goes before a judge -- and who'll hopefully be monitored closely by a probation officer.

I think you're on the right track. However, the problem with kids doing graffiti cleanup is it becomes an education for them. They learn what paint is easy and hard to clean up/cover up and in the future will use the more permanent paint.

Personally, I think having them clean some nasty park toilets/bathrooms for a month or two might get their attention better.

Sounds good to me. It also would be nice for him to have to spend time with someone who could mentor him. Unfortunately, there aren't enough people willing to do that.

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Capricorn

Get together with someone you respect and admire because you'll really enjoy their company. The conversation could soon turn to highly personal areas, yet there won't be any hesitation in talking straight from the heart. At some point you'll be in the mood to think about your New Year resolutions. Maybe you should write them in next year's diary so you can keep referring to them.
