Store owner sentenced after selling fake Native American jewelry
The U.S. Attorney's Office in New Mexico says Nael Ali was sentenced to six months in prison and a year of supervised release for selling Filipino-made jewelry as Native American-made. He is also ordered to pay $9,048.78 in restitution for violating the Indian Arts and Craft Act .
