Three men plead guilty in unlawful killing of black bear
Three men pleaded guilty Tuesday to an unlawful and out-of-season shooting death of a docile black bear that occurred in late May. The preliminary hearing for Justin Radcliffe, 24, of Portage, Travis Watt, 20, of Gallitzin, and his brother, Robert Watt, 18, of Claysburg, was held before District Judge Galen Decort.

Damien Mitchell Lee, 20, 331 Forest St., Gallitzin, who is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and terroristic threats, waived his right to a preliminary hearing during Centralized Court.

County redevelopment authority awards demolition bids
