A second man was arrested today in connection with the March 21 armed robbery of a CVS pharmacy in which more than 2,000 OxyContin pills were stolen.
Marc Candels, 42, of 11 Riverview Road, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor and delivery of a controlled substance.
