A team of assessors from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. , will arrive July 7, to examine all aspects of the Hamilton County Emergency Communications District's policy and procedures, management, operations, and support services, Executive Director John Stuermer announced on Tuesday.
