Body of Gloucester man found in water in Frisco, N.C.
Ronald Jessen, 57, of Gloucester, Va., was camping with friends at the Frisco Woods Campground when he was reported missing at 10:42 p.m. Saturday, according to a news release from the Dare County Sheriff's Office.
Residents and essential personnel can return to Hatteras Island Saturday afternoon
Emergency managers in Dare Co. say that permanent residents, as well as essential personnel will be allowed to reenter the areas of Hatteras Island south of the Bonner Bridge, including access for the villages of Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo, Avon, Buxton, Frisco, and Hatteras Village, beginning at Noon on Saturday.
