Cable TV show examines Reeves attack

I can't even believe that she can be so stupid to be with a man twice her age, and she always said she didn't want kids. I know for a fact, that she had 4 abortions!!! I can't believe, that she and I used to hang out. That was before my mom made me quit hanging with her. God, I am so glad I did.

That show made her look like an angel...no word about a baby

when it come to hire teachers in freeburg.the school looks over little stuff that come's them in the a@@.all the time. you had dennis dalky,fired from altoff for dating a stundent,deric andorf fired in freeburg for dating a stundent,then sam sheldent.that a school ever parent should want there kids to go to.hello stupid a@@.wake up and do some back ground check on this teachers you hire.and you called me stupid. i can say you are some dumb s.o.b. on that school board.

Mr. Shelton never dated any student. In fact, some of us girls went to him when we needed help with other teachers--like a coach who couldn't keep his hands off of us during practice. We know we put him on the spot, but he told us to tell our parents which we did. Can't say for sure anything was done about it by the admin, but the situation did improve. As far as the girl goes, she was and is of questionable reputation. She was seeing a married 26 year old guy from Dupo, plus her boyfriend, and dating (if that's what you call it) a senior at FHS. I defended Mr. Shelton all along and so did my friends. That girl has an ugly temper and I feel sorry for her baby. Her boyfriend is also from here and all he does is drink. They deserve each other.

She still didn't deserve what happened to her that night.......

I think we only heard what they wanted us to hear. I think there was more to the confession than we heard. I think he was probably railroaded because of being a teacher. I'm more inclined than ever to think this now that I know more about her and her history with old guys. That's my opinion. He always did say he thought she died when he heard her neck snap. I think he panicked. Good people panick.

I still dont think anything constitutes what happened to her that night...

Some women are mean and I think that's what we got here. One mean one who was probably beating on him. He probably not on purpose though tried to stop it and thought he killed her by mistake. I never heard anything bad about him from anybody that knows him, but I can't say that about her. Her present situation doesn't make her look good with another old guy and all and now a baby. This probably won't be her last old man or baby either.

Let me stoop to your level for a second. How old is she? How old was she when attacked & how old is the boyfriend?

Sam was an educator, before this all happend he was very well respected ,it's a shame he has to burn 20 years of his life over this young woman with definite issues, I personally dont have the lynch mob mentality that so many do over this issue,given, it was a crime, a very bad crime,lay all the cards out there and maybe his sentence was harsh.

What do you mean my level? I can't express an opinion of my own? You defended her in the past and now you find out what she is really like so you lose face. I think what we see here is a real life fatal attraction. Some 17 yr old with a shady(nicest word I can think of) past sets her eyes on a man teacher and ruins his life. She's 20 now and has a baby. That means she was 19 when she got pregnant by a 34 yr old man. She must have been out and dating right after she got out of the hospital and didn't know this new boyfriend that long before hopping in the sack with him or maybe she already knew him because he was another old old boyfriend--I don't know. Which brings me to this point--was she really as hurt as we were told? I don't think so.

So what your saying is that it is her fault. Are you mentally retarded or what. Promiscuous or not, nobody deserves what she got. You need to take a long look at yourself and ask yourself can I live with my self thinking the way I do.
