American Legion Post 11 riders honor WWII vets with free lifetime membership

Charles Bare, a 92-year-old WWII veteran, was eagerly waiting by the front door of his Frederick, Md., home on Saturday morning. When he saw about a dozen motorcycles pull up in front of his house, he grabbed the shadow box he had made to hold the medals he was awarded for his service, including a Bronze Star.
