Eric Lee Ramsey, a 30-year-old Mount Pleasant man, died from gunshot wounds he received early Thursday morning from a Crawford County Sheriff's deputy following a multicounty incident that involved abduction, sexual assault, a house fire and multiple stolen vehicles.
