By ZACHARY FITZGERALD zfitzgerald@daily-review.com St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests: -Drew Baugher, 23, of Rizzo Street in Patterson, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. Friday for possession of schedule III , possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance.
