There are worse people than Gregory Floyd who have served their country honorable. Alberto Martinez, planned and executed the murder of his commander CPT Phillip Esposito and LT Louis Allen who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time by placing a claymore in Capt Esposito's window and detonating it and then tossing a few hand grenades to simulate an artillery strike. The claymore shredded the two men killing Esposito immediately while Allen clung to life only to die later. Martinez made statements and even drew a map depicting his plan and was willing to accept a plea deal. Authorities wanted the death penalty at the court martial he was acquitted. People like Martinez are not worthy of veteran status. Floyd served his country and to be titled a veteran you only need 180 days of active duty status. Floyd like many others joined the marines with the hope of fighting in Vietnam. And, everybody got the chance to push a mop in the mess hall. I would rather have people like Floyd by my side than people like you. I know I can rely on Floyd's behavior, you I cannot trust. You are likely to run away and cower like you did at the court house. Run away, run away.

I know when the Vietnam war began and ended, so don't attempt to school me. You were a little 4 year old piss ant when I first set foot on the soil there.

Hey, when Floyd has done his time, the area needs to leave him alone. He paid his penalty, let him get on with his life.
