PennDOT Engineering District 10 is thinking smaller and more when it comes to improving, rehabilitating and replacing bridges in Armstrong and surrounding counties.

Construction crews have made significant progress on the new Foxburg bridge over the last few months, and a PennDOT official said Thursday the span could be opened for traffic as early as next month.
