2 lauded for saving driver of burning truck

Gov. Mitch Daniels today gave the state's "Heroism Award" to two Hoosiers who pulled the driver from a flaming semi-trailer before it exploded last month near I-69 and I-465. Robert Skaggs of Fortville and Lonnie Hood of Acton are credited with saving the life of the 73-year-old driver, Ronald Tobias, in the Oct.
