A tourist information center honoring a former Dakotas tribal leader is scheduled to open on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation near Fort Yates.

Lionel Jewett , of Fort Yates, pleaded guilty earlier to two counts of burglary, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of assault with intent to commit murder.
