Oh my goodness! Thank God he was caught before he continuted this psychotic behavior with a lifetime of torment for his victims! In Kansas, it's likely he'll be out on the streets in no time, committing the same crimes. In several counties in Kansas, they don't even analyze the rape kits and don't take this horrific crime seriously. It was only a few years ago that they changed the statute of limitations from only five years. Something has got be done!
