I think you're skirting the issue. He may have hung around with bad kids, he may have been in trouble. I don't know, as I don't know him personally. However, the kids that set him on fire did so because he did something about him stealing something from him.

So basically you're saying it's okay to set someone on fire if they call the police on you for stealing from them, or it's okay to set someone on fire for not choosing their friends well, or getting in trouble with the police.

You obviously know this kid personally, so my guess is you have some personal vendetta against him or his family.
