Police say a 15-year-old neighbor murdered Neica Gibbs on June 28th in his home.

That was fast.

I guess when she said she was going to "borrow" $50 to get her hair done she didn't mention exactly how she was getting the money.

Everyone was outraged (rightfully so) that this case didn't "qualify" for an amber alert. The family said she was a church going young lady not a runaway. Her being gone was out of the ordinary.

Now they say it was not uncommon for her to be gone to a friends for a week or two?!?!?!

Now this boy's mother is going to defend him and say it was an accident. She was strangled and disposed of and he played video games for the last 3 weeks. PLLLEEAASSSSEEEE.

First of all how can jason say her death was an accident when he admits that after sex she made fun of him and became angry. If it was an accident how come when she strangled herself jason failed to dial 911 immedatly for a friend he had crush on. Did he watch her strangle herself? Not only that while she was already dead her myspace was still being logged on daily leaving comments saying " you know im not comming home right" also neica's display name said " B***h um gon and neva cummin home" may I remind you that she was already dead. Who is this on Neica's Myspace page? Is this her killer? OH WHAT A COINCIDENT SHE HAS NOT BEEN ONLINE SENCE HIS ARREST!!!! His mom thinks that she is helping by stateing that he has an anger problem this only leads me to believe that his problem lead to her death.

I feel the same way i think he should be sent to jail for life for what he did. An his mother should go to; jail also because dhe knew about it an waitted tok call the police. Even if she did make fun of him after they had sex which i think is a lie because that waz like my sister she wouldn't went with him. He didn't have to kill her people get picked on all the time and don't kill some one anger promblem or n;ot he should pay. I just want to say to all Neica's family that I'm sorry for the lost and she will never be forgoten. Everyone from Sunrise Middle that knew her and Regal Trace plus the whole county of Fortlauderdale will miss her. Neica was not bad she was a great girl and helped people she even helped me when i was down. (I LOVE YOU NEICA AND I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU AND HOW YOU TOCHED MY LIFE WHHILE YOU WAS WITH US IN BODY ,BUT YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR HEARTS. LOVE YA.)
