Why in the hell 16 year old is walking the streets at 1:45 AM? Must have really great parents.

Exactly what I was thinking. Whatever happened to the days of community service commercials on TV at 10:00 p.m. that asked, "Parents, do you know where your teenager is?"

yes, they're upstairs raiding the medicine cabinet for prescription meds while "chatting" online with a 50 year old.

Because when I need my crack I want it now. These kids are all dope dealers like their dads in Florida State Prison. Too bad the kid didn't buy it completely. That would have saved me and him and the public a lot of time,, hassle and money

The perp was in a black car with blacked-out windows and black sidewall tires. He had black hair and dark eyes, wore a black hat, black shirt, black pants, black socks and black shoes. No further description is available at this time.

What is a 16 year old doing walking the streets of that crime infested area at 1:45 in the morning????!!! Where are the parents!? Oh, yeah, in jail. Poor kid!

Sounds like a little drug dealer got himself shot to me.

I find it hard to go out of my own house anymore, you are not even safe in your own home, little more on the streets, people are crazy, they have no thought who they are going to shoot next, guns need to be outlawed, better yet, people needs to be outlawed.
