Walter L. Elmore, age 49, of Fort Laramie, died June 20 at 3:35 in the morning, enroute to the hospital after he was in a one-vehicle crash on Kaspiere Road in Goshen County.

Three men are dead in two separate vehicle accidents in Goshen County over the weekend.
