If the evidence collected in the case provided arguments for both sides, then there was a chance that something was found to Fraziers benefit and that Frazier might have got off with a slap on the wrist, if I'm understanding this correctly.
Either way, he took 4 lives and this is not enough punishment for that! I feel for both families!!!!

The way to avenge Mike's death is to STOP drinking and driving and EDUCATE people. Mike and his kids died in vien if the Boone's, Kitts and Fergusons are selling drugs AND drinking and driving don't ya think?
Now everyone needs to pray for those left here on earth and HOPEFULLY with education people will see the affects of drinking and driving and STOP. No amount of prison will bring Mikey and his kids back... KEEPING just one drunk off the road may save another family from the same misfortune.
