As I say,[El Paso]city with a town mentality. A little rain and/or snow and a "Run for the hills!!" is in effect.

As I say, a city with this kind of mentality isn't used to 4 snow days in one month.

good thing we can count on transit services to run no matter what the weather better that the chicken littles that say close everything its a big snow storm coming
