Judge rejects N.Y. hospital's bid to reopen

I feel this is a sad thing, although they say it is trying to restructure to eliminate overcapacity, it is wrong. Jamaica Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital, New York Hospital Flushing and Queens General is Overcapacitated. Even people have to be brought to Long Island and outer boroughs to be checked, this is crazy!
