I believe Atlas Park should cosider lowering the Parking Fee, it costs too much considering it's close proximity to nearby malls that is more convieient and loaded. As well as accessible with Public Tranportation and cheaper parking nearby.

Plus it's location is off the beaten track for those who don't live in the vicinity. Easier parking, mass transit, and more advertising hopefully may do the trick.
